Bogan's Many Trip Jacket uses eleven fabrics, five per color and one that blends the two colorways. To make the layout easier use Quiltfuse, a gridded fusible interfacing. Notice that the design goes on point on the sleeves. A sweatshirt, easy machine quilting, and hidden pockets finish off the jacket.
Before you begin, try on your pre-shrunk sweatshirt and make sure you can pinch at least an inch of fabric under each arm. If you can't pinch an inch on both sides then the jacket when finished will probably be too small.
